Defeat the unverse!

Wow this pic is amazing! I don't really know what to say about it, you did really good! Th boy is really cute and you did great on the perspective, I love his outfit too, it's really unique and so detailed. I think my favorite accessory on him is his hat, it's just really cute on him and his eyes are my favorite feature. Now on to the background, I think you did good on the rocks and the dragon, but I do think you can do better and give it more clarity and more detail, it looked a bit lazy too. BUT that's just my opinion, others may think it's great and I'm not saying it's bad, I just think it's needs some improvement. Other than that I think your lighting and lineart could use some work as well. Don't get me wrong, the drawing looks great, but I don't see where the lighting is coming from and your lineart's a tad messy in my opinion. Anyways, nice job on the drawing still, like I said, he's really cute, you just need some improvements. I hope it helps!
